Itinerary

Today, as your plane descends over Croatia, you will catch your first glimpse of the quintessentially Croatian the pearl of the Adriatic– Dubrovnik.

Meet our tour guide at the arrival hall. Transfer to hotel. Arrival at hotel, check in. The rest of the day will be yours to settle in and explore the historic city on your own. In the late afternoon, hop aboard a Cable car and ride to the top of Srđ Mountain for stunning views of Dubrovnik and the nearby Elafiti Islands. For some exercise, you can walk back down the hill while enjoying views of the city below. The rest of the day is at leisure, we recommend to visit city walls (optimal activity). Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Following breakfast, meet our tour guide at hotel lobby. Check out and transfer to main gate of Dubrovnik central area (old part of the town-Pile gate).  Start 2h walking tour with our local English-speaking guide. You will meet your local English-speaking guide at Dubrovnik main gate to the old town to Dubrovnik – a UNESCO site. Dubrovnik is well known as the pearl of the Adriatic a walk, famous for its 2km long impressive city walls with fortresses, which have been filming locations to an HBO worldwide highly popular serial „Game of Thrones “. The rest of the day is at leisure, we recommend to visit Cultural History Museum, Rector’s Palace (optimal activity). Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Following breakfast, check out and meet our tour guide at hotel lobby. Afterwards 1,5 hours bus transfer toward Split, stopping in Neretva Valley for a Photo safari tour & lunch. Spend a day in nature, set sail on a authentic boat and experience a unique photo safari with the chirping of birds and the singing of frogs. Eat a homemade, traditional meal prepared from local and fresh ingredients and bring home a souvenir – a domestic product. Have lunch in local restaurant. Before photo safari you will visit Narona Archeological Museum is the first in-the-site museum in Croatia and one of the only ones in the world. The museum is built directly on the ancient temple dedicated to Augustus, the first Roman emperor in the modern city of Vid. After this gastronomic experience, your driver will take you to your hotel in Split.  Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Following breakfast, meet our tour guide at hotel lobby for 2 hour  GOT guided tour. Authentic locations of the Palace can be seen in many GOT scenes and after watching season five, visitors will have no problem recognizing them and reliving the scenes in real life. The cellars were also used as Daenerys’ throne room. Visit museum after the tour on your own (tickets are not included). At afternoon explore city on your own. Split is one of the living and breathing monuments both to the way people lived in the past and to different styles and influences that have been carved into its narrow streets, Roman temples, and Christian churches. Outside the palace, the story of Split continues as it spreads from its center, the Palace, to beautiful vistas on the hill of Marjan, to the old town, waterfront (Riva), and its beaches. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Cathedral of St. James in Sibenik, Croatia. UNESCO World Heritage Site

Following breakfast, meet our tour guide at hotel lobby. Afterwards 1 hours bus transfer toward Zadar, stopping in Šibenik for 2 hour guided tour. On this tour you will get a chance to learn about St. James Cathedral, our most popular attraction and beautiful monument from Renaissance pe­riod. Cathedral has been on UNESCO World Heritage List since 2000. Travel further to Zadar, settling into your hotel before taking the rest of the afternoon to wander its historic center on your own. Arrival at hotel, check in. Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Following breakfast, meet our tour guide at hotel lobby. Check out and transfer to main gate of Zadar central area (old part of the town). Start 2h walking tour with our local English-speaking guide. Zadar as a town was founded about 2000 years ago, in the time when the Roman empire was on the top.

Because of that we are going to see the old Roman Forum, with its remainings, and also the original entrance to the town. The most important one of Zadar’s symbols is the church of Saint Donatus. Also, we are going to see the cathedral of Saint Anastasia, and Saint Simon church where the body of Saint Simon is preserved.Throughout this time, the main street in Zadar – Kalelarga – will accompany us. In the Zadar City Tour it is impossible not to see Sea Organ and Greetings to the Sun. With us You are going to discover the story of these two modern symbols of the city of Zadar.

After Zadar we are moving forvard to magnificent Plitvice Lakes, National Park, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Enjoy a sightseeing 3-hour tour with your tour guide of Plitvice. Starting point is at the north entrance of the park (Entrance 1). Sightseeing is circular, and includes a walk through the limestone canyon of the “Lower Lakes”, an electric-boat ride across the largest of the Plitvice lakes – Lake “Kozjak” (please take some worm clothes cause the boat has only roof and it can get bit cold, it takes cca 15 min), a panoramic train ride, and a walk along the top of the canyon’s east side all the way back to starting point at “Entrance 1”. You will also see the impressive “Great Waterfall”  the highiest waterfall in Croatia and the “Sastavci” waterfalls, the beautiful dark blue lakes of “Novakovića Brod”, “Kaluđerovac”, “Gavanovac” and “Milanovac”, as well as the vastness of Lake Kozjak.Listen to the power of the rushing waterfalls in the Plitvice Lakes during your visit and enjoy the breathtaking view.  Opportunity for lunch will be offered after the visit: either individual or prearranged for the whole group.Afterwards 2,5h bus transfer from Plitvice to Zagreb. Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Following breakfast, meet our tour guide at hotel lobby. Check out and transfer to main city central area (old part of the town). Drop off at the city central area and start of a 2h walking tour of Zagreb Upper and Lower Town.  The Croatian capital will seduce you with its flair which is a combination of the middle European and Slavic atmosphere. Its Upper town, one of the best-preserved urban nuclei in Croatia, will give you a great insight in medieval Zagreb.  Transfer to Zagreb Airport for your flight.
