Welcome to Zadar! An ancient walled port city and former capital of Dalmatia, Zadar is chock-full of Roman ruins, medieval churches, cosmopolitan cafés, and quality museums. An intriguing city not overly crowded, it’s famous for its picturesque coastline full of islands and vibrant blue waters, fresh seafood, and unforgettable sunsets, as well as two unique attractions, the Monument to the Sun and the Sea Organ.

Here you can listen to the Sea Organ play its unending melody, fueled by the ebb and flow of the Adriatic Sea’s current and dance around artist Nikola Basic’s solar-paneled Monument to the Sun. The 72-foot (22 m) disc absorbs the sun’s rays during the day, emitting colorful patterns of light as the evening approaches.

Experience the unique Kornati National Park tour with Sveti Šime boat, that can take up to 180 people. Visit National Park Kornati and Nature park Telašćica. Telašćica acquired the status of a protected area already in 1980 because of its valuable flora and fauna, geological and geomorphological phenomena, versatile sea bottom life, and interesting archaeological heritage. If you look closely, you may see dolphins swimming along the famous Telašćica cliffs. You can also see extraordinary Salt Lake Mir, which is salty due to underground connections to the sea. Following breakfast, meet your driver at hotel lobby. Afterwards 1 hour transfer toward Split, stopping at Krka waterfalls. We start with the boat ride (20 min ride) and then arrival to the park. There you will have 2 hours to explore and enjoy.

After Krka, you can go on wine tasting at Bibich winery. Basic tasting menu of 4 courses paired with wines from cellars that perfectly accompany every dish. Creative cuisine based on local ingredients performed by our head chef Vesne. Introduction to the world of BIBICh wine and gastronomy.

Drive back to Split. Come mid-afternoon, travel further south to Split, settling into your hotel before taking the rest of the afternoon to wander its historic center on your own. Rest of the day is at leisure.

After breakfast, enjoy in Split on your own. In the afternoon we take you to 4 hours food tour. We will visit only the best restaurants and local producers that have been personally vetted and taste tested. Yes, we know it’s a tough job, but somebody’s got to do it! Step back in time and stroll the charming cobblestone streets in the footsteps of the Roman Emperor Diocletian.

Visit the amazing landmarks around his 1700-year-old palace, and learn about this incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, board a Catamaran from Hvar to Split, which takes about 1 hour. Meet your driver in a port. Travel to Dubrovnik by Car with 3 hours stop in Neretva Valley for Photo safari. You will visit Kuti lake, hidden behind the labyrinth of canals and not so visited by tourists. Spend a day in nature, set sail on a boat and experience a unique photo safari with the chirping of birds and the singing of frogs. Eat a homemade, traditional meal prepared from local and fresh ingredients and bring home a souvenir – a domestic product.

Continue your ride to Dubrovnik. Arrive late afternoon, check in.

Often referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” Dubrovnik is a world-renowned city of exceptional charm. Take the time to explore its 16th-century stone walls, including the Minceta, Lovrijenac and Revelin fortresses, visit Onofrio’s Fountain and the Church of St. Blaise (St. Vlaho), and stroll along the limestone-paved Stradun, Dubrovnik’s main street to get your bearings. Dubrovnik offers excellent nightlife and some of Croatia’s best restaurants and wine bars. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Following breakfast, meet our driver and transfer to main gate of Dubrovnik central area (old part of the town – Pile gate).  Start 2h walking tour with our local English-speaking guide. You will meet your local English-speaking guide at Dubrovnik main gate to the old town to Dubrovnik – a UNESCO site. Dubrovnik is well known as the pearl of the Adriatic a walk, famous for its 2km long impressive city walls with fortresses, which have been filming locations to an HBO worldwide highly popular serial „Game of Thrones “

In the afternoon, head to Banje Beach for a swim and some relaxation on the sandy stretch of beach close to Old Town. There’s also the option to join a kayak excursion to the islands facing the city.

A great way to end the day is to catch the sunset from the water on a Sunset cruise (2.5 hours) on a replica of a traditional karaka ship or from your own private boat. Enjoy the view of Old Town from this vantage point.

Today is yours to enjoy Dubrovnik however you wish. Consider a half-day trip to the stunning Elaphiti Islands, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and discovering hidden coves, or take a scenic cable car ride to the top of Mount Srđ for breathtaking panoramic views over the Old Town and Adriatic Sea.
