Itinerary
Welcome to Dubrovnik! Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll drive to your hotel to check in. Depending on your arrival time, the rest of the day will be yours to settle in and explore the historic city on your own.
Often referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” Dubrovnik is a world-renowned city of exceptional charm. Take some time to explore its 16th-century stone walls, including the Minceta, Lovrijenac and Revelin fortresses, visit Onofrio’s Fountain and the Church of Saint Blaise (St. Vlaho), and stroll along the limestone-paved Stradun, Dubrovnik’s main street to get your bearings. Dubrovnik also offers excellent nightlife and some of Croatia’s best restaurants and wine bars.

Explore Dubrovnik from the water and go on a half-day guided kayaking tour around the city and LokrumIsland—the closest island to Dubrovnik. Starting from Banje Beach, you will paddle to Lokrum Island where you can enjoy a swim in the saltwater pool, explore the 15th-century Benedictine monastery, and trek along the car-less trails. You’ll have the opportunity to explore caves and hidden beaches. This is a great way to experience the cultural and historical sites of Dubrovnik from a unique perspective.
In the late afternoon, hop aboard a cable car and ride to the top of Srđ Mountain for stunning views of Dubrovnik and the nearby Elafiti Islands. For some exercise, you can walk back down the hill while enjoying views of the city below. Overnight in the hotel.

Today, we are starting with sightseen of Ston walls. Famous for the longest stone wall in Europe (5.5 km), salt cultivation farming and oyster growing farms, since Roman times. Possible free time to visit Ston City Walls or just walk around city. The city walls with 5km in length, are the longest defensive structure in Europe. They are sometimes referred to as the “European Walls of China”.
After visiting walls, at the seaside promenade in Mali Ston, in the medieval salt storage room, there is a restaurant called “Kapetanova kuća”, where you wll have your lunch. Oyster as a symbol of this area.
Together with crabs and fish are stored according to original Ston recipes from the time of the Dubrovnik Republic. Homemade bread, grilled fish, stews, risottos & homemade desserts of this region will impress you and return to the past glorious times ofthis region.

We will stop at Deak winery to try best wine in komarna region, Pošip.
In the afternoon arriving in Metković. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in the hotel in Metković.

Today, we are starting with Trimaran Photo safari through the Norin river.
We board in Opuzen on Luxury Trimaran boat and ride through Neretva and Norin River for an hour. On Your way discover the allure of one of the last swamps on the European continent, its flora and fauna, the diversity of wild birds and the traditional lifestyle of the Neretva people.

Before photo safari you will visit Narona Archeological Museum is the first in-the-site museum in Croatia and one of the only ones in the world. The museum is built directly on the ancient temple dedicated to Augustus, the first Roman emperor in the modern city of Vid
After Museum board on traditionally boat called Ladja – small wooden boats from which are some even 120 years old. They were used for transport of people and goods, but today they have a touristic purpose. You will have your appetizer served in the boat while strolling down little channels on Norin River and enjoying 30 min in pure nature.

After that enjoy in traditionally lunch in local restaurant! Lunch, fish or meat of your choice and side dishes, home-baked bread, red wine. Guests can see the preparation and take photos or videos because the fireplace for food preparation is open. Overnight in the hotel in Metković.

Arrive in Bacina Lakes who hides many pieces of untouched nature, biodiversity, and cuisine. board a traditional Neretvian boat and get the first impressions of its beauties in an hour-long ride.

After the tour we are heading to a gastronomic oasis in the far south, we know the right place for you. A restaurant with a tradition of almost fifty years, with specialties created by local fishermen, top chefs and a charismatic, professional owner – the legendary Ante Fulin, a gastronomic sensation is guaranteed. Namely, in the unique triangle of lake, sea and river, in the extreme south, there is a town with only 6,000 inhabitants. A small oasis of the Adriatic, a port town that has not neglected its tourist potential – the town of Ploče. Overnight in the hotel.
Ancient Salona First we will visit Salona on this trip. Salona was an ancient city, the former capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia and the birthplace of Emperor Diocletian.
Located in present-day Solin town, it became the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia in 9 CE. Before the Romans, Salona was a settlement of the Dalmatean, an Illyrian people.
Klis Fortress

Next on our itinerary is Klis Fortress. This medieval fortress is situated above a village bearing the same name – Klis. Due to its location, the fortress served as a major source of defense in Dalmatia, especially against Ottoman.

The fortress is one of the most outstanding fortresses in Croatia and is not to be missed when in Split. Another interesting thing about this location is that some scenes from TV series Game of thrones were shot here. If you are a Game of Thrones fan this is a must.
Stella Croatica And last on our Tour is Ethno Agro Park Stella Croatica, where for generations, the Dabelić family has been growing olives, figs, vineyards and producing olive oil, wine and traditional delicacies.

There you will see the botanical garden and see how they produce all of that, and you can even buy something from their array of nature based products.

In the evening, take a stroll along Split’s seafront Riva to admire the waterfront views before finding the off-beat Konoba Dioklecijan restaurant, just to the left of the Bronze Gate for a bite to eat, its outdoor terrace built into the walls of Diocletian’s Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.
This morning you will meet your driver for your transfer to the airport to board your departing flight onward.
If you have a free morning before departing, check out the Green Market (Pazar Market). A lively fruit and vegetable outdoor market just east of the Diocletian Palace, this is a great place to see how the locals shop and to pick up some fruit for your flight home. Farmers from the surrounding areas of Split come into town every day to sell their seasonal local produce from sunrise to 2 pm.
