Itinerary

Step back in time and stroll the charming cobblestone streets in the footsteps of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Visit amazing landmarks around his 1700-year-old palace and learn about this incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This is certainly not your average ‘small bites’ sampling food tour, rather you’ll be feasting like the emperor himself at 5 food establishments (including fine dining restaurants, a local konoba and take away delights) ensuring nobody leaves hungry!

You can also rest assured that there are no tourist traps included, and you won’t be following a flag-waving guide. Our small group sizes were designed to access to the establishments frequented by locals, and personal attention from your guide.

At the end of the experience, we’ll provide you with our exclusive ‘Split Guidebook’. Oh, and our guides also know all the best photo spots and will take complimentary photos, which will be sent to you after your tour.

If you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies there is a spot to indicate, when booking. It may be that guests with special diets, or dislikes, may need to pass on certain tastings, however feel free to contact us about any questions you might have. Note: tour includes no nuts and we can accommodate shellfish allergies and gluten-free diets.

Vegans and Vegetarians, we’re sorry, this country runs mainly on meat. But hey, stay tuned – more and more options are becoming available in Split, and we’re working on releasing a vegan tour soon.
