Zadar as a town was founded about 2000 years ago, in the time when the Roman empire was on the top. Because of that we are going to see the old Roman Forum, with its remainings, and also the original entrance to the town. During that time the city of Zadar changed a lot of governments, and with that its structure was changed as well. We are going to see the old medieval fortifications, including  the Captain’s tower, and the famous venetian fortifications system with the Land Gate and Jelena Madijevka park.

People’s square is the center of the old city and we are going to visit it, seeing the City lodge and the City guard.

In the city of Zadar christianity came very early. Because of that there are a lot of things to see. The most important one of Zadar’s symbols is the church of Saint Donatus. Also, we are going to see the cathedral of Saint Anastasia, and Saint Simon church where the body of Saint Simon is preserved.

Throughout this time, the main street in Zadar – Kalelarga – will accompany us.

In the Zadar City Tour it is impossible not to see Sea Organ and Greetings to the Sun. With us You are going to discover the story of these two modern symbols of the city of Zadar.
