Then, arrive in little town called Vid for fantastic opportunity to enjoy in scenic ride through Norin river on luxury trimaran boat and taste the very best of Dalmatian wine and food. Learn the secrets of the popular Dalmatian cuisine in the beautiful Croatian countryside. Spend the day in beautiful nature and try traditional dishes like “brudet” and then enjoy tasting local wines. Experience the medieval charms of Neretva Valley by visiting Narona Archeological Museum is the first on-the-site museum in Croatia and one of the only ones in the world.

Itinerary

We board on Luxury Trimaran boat and ride through Neretva and Norin river for an hour. On Your way discover the allure of one of the last swamps on the European continent, its flora and fauna, the diversity of wild birds and the traditional lifestyle of the Neretva people. Duration: 1,00  hour

Before photo safari you will visit Narona Archeological Museum is the first in-the-site museum in Croatia and one of the only ones in the world. The museum is built directly on the ancient temple dedicated to Augustus, the first Roman emperor in the modern city of Vid. Duration: 30 minutes

After Museum board on traditionally boat called Ladja – small wooden boats from which are some even a 120 years old.

They were used for transport of people and goods, but today they have a touristic purpose. You will have your appetizer served in the boat while strolling down little channels on Norin river and enjoying 30 min in pure nature.

After that enjoy in traditionally lunch in local restaurant! Lunch, fish or meat of your choice and side dishes, home-baked bread, red wine. Guests can see the preparation and take photos or videos because the fireplace for food preparation is open.This region is culinary known for specialties like frogs and eels. Board the Trimaran to return to Opuzen. Duration: 3,0 hours
